ETF indexing possibilities
Submit your advisor email address, Advisor CRD #, and Firm CRD #. The information is checked against the public SEC AdviserInfo/IAPD JSON service, then the verified request is sent to 5thN Financial for review. Access credentials are not sent automatically.

Use this form to request access to the ETF indexing site. The advisor CRD and firm CRD must both verify, and the advisor record must show the submitted firm CRD. Once verified, the request is emailed to 5thN Financial for review. After review, the username and password will be sent to the advisor email address entered below.
By submitting, you are requesting access to ETF-indexing information and authorizing 5thN Financial to receive the access request details, including your email address, advisor CRD number, firm CRD number, date/time of the request, and verification information. Submission does not automatically grant access. After 5thN Financial reviews the request, an email containing the username and password will be sent to the advisor email address you entered if access is approved. Verification depends on the availability of the public AdviserInfo/IAPD service.
